    My husband bicycled past Fragmenta and said I needed to see the latest public art in Anchorage. When I went by the next day I was struck by how beautiful it shone in the sun. I had to turn around and take a closer look.

    Thank you for adding to our landscape. I'm looking forward to seeing it during each season. Cheers!

Arts United gathered together a volunteer committee of art experts and community members to study and recommend best practices for public art selection.
